I purchased this for a replacement part. The back part of the latch, when closed, locks the window was broken. Could not find just that part, so I purchased this to replace it. It was a perfect fit.It is the same exact lock as on original Anderson windows. Even the color matches. Took 30 sec to replace the broken one.Will buy it againSeems many of my windows seem to wear out the sash locks....I was able to find them here and replace the older locks.
